It is applicable to the chemical monitoring of the sterilization effect of pressure steam at 121 ºC - 135 ºC in hospitals and health and epidemic prevention departments.
Open the packaging bag, take out the chemical indicator card and place it in the center of the package or packaging bag to be sterilized. For hard container, it should be put in two opposite angles or in the place where is most difficult to sterilize. Run the sterilization procedure and after the sterilization, take out the chemical indicator card and judge the result by observing the creeping distance of the black solute in the product window.
